LADIES TORTOISESHELL 'OVERGLASSES'
A practical and cost effective pair of sunglasses for glasses wearers. Rapid Eyewear's Overglasses are lightweight, optically correct and fashionable.

The Frames
Made from a lightweight yet tough polycarbonate, the frame has been carefully designed so that it sits on top of most types of spectacle frame comfortably. It is finished in an attractive tortoiseshell scheme.

The Lenses
Impact resistant, polycarbonate lenses are fitted to the Overglasses. The light treatment is Category 3, which means the sunglasses are perfect for use in regular sunshine - the polarised filter removes horizontal light, thereby greatly reducing glare.

UV Protection and Conformity
Rapid Eyewear Overglasses conform to the new ISO 12312 regulations, and offer 100% UVA / UVB protection.

Uses
These Overglasses are perfect for all sports and leisure activities, including driving, running, cycling, tennis and skiing.

  • RAPID EYEWEAR'S 'Torts' polarised overglasses are designed to go over your spectacles. They offer 100% UVA / UVB protection and comply with ISO 12312 standards.
  • Torts are finished in a tortoiseshell colour scheme, and come with impact-resistant polycarbonate flash-mirror lenses.
  • Torts will fit over glasses up to approx. 130mm wide x 36mm high. If your glasses are slightly larger that this, please see alternative products in the Rapid Eyewear store
  • These sunglasses are suitable for most sports and leisure activities, including driving, cycling, running or just general wear. As the sunglasses have an enclosed frame they are also suitable for hayfever and dry eye sufferers.
