Its a 1 piece costume. The shorts are attached. So just like putting on a swimming costume but its shorts n little skirt. Its so comfy on and looks amazing.

I am a size 16 on my lower half and and between a 18 -18 on top. I am a 38dd and find this costume fits me perfectly. It all depends on your measurements I suppose. I would have thought this costume would fit an 18 as it does not feel tight on me.
